Environmental Services

Maintenance of the Center's facilities, grounds, and vehicles.

Human Resources

Recruitment, selection, and placement of qualified staff; compensation, benefits and other human resource functions and services, including staff training.

Indigent Drug Program

Eligible consumers meet financial and clinical criteria and have no other resource for obtaining medications prescribed by the Center's psychiatrists.

Management Information Services

Automated and manual data management and communication systems.

Medical Services

Physician and nursing services are provided for consumers admitted to Center outpatient, day, and residential programs.

Nursing Home Services

Clinical services for consumers residing in community based nursing homes in the four county catchment area.

Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement

Systematic evaluation, monitoring, analysis, and improvement of the Center's service delivery system. Includes consumer rights protection and advocacy services.
